    3. Pam: Any relation to a Hollie Oakley of Bath County, Preston area? My grandfather the late W.L. Hart from Preston area migrated to Indianapolis, IN in the earrly 1900's. He married my grandmother Theresa Edna Cook in 1903, Indianapolis. They migrated to Anderson, IN in the mid 1910's and then on to Winona Lake, IN in 1937. He (W.L. Hart ) & Hollie Oakley were best pals. Hollie migrated to Florida migrated to near Winter Haven, FL (date unknown) and had orange groves. My grandparents after they retired from the shoe business in the mid 50's spent many winters with Hollie on his plantation. He never let them pay rent. I don't know when Hollie died or where he is buried. He was still alive when my grandfather died in 1963 but I don't know if he died before my grandmother in 1967 I have Hart's, Stull, Sharp, Kincaid, Archibald of Rowan County, NC, Thompson, Savage who married back and forth between Bath and Montgomery Co. KY. I had forgotten how fun and rewarding it is. I am at this time researching my grandmothers side, WIlloughby, Martin, Oakley and Neal. My grandmother was never real helpful when she was livign and her sister said "Just leave them people in the past they were sinful" which of course just made me more curious. (So far the most exciting thing I have found is some 1st cousins married to each other.) Anyhow.. Does anyone know where the Willoughby-Martin Graveyard is? I think it is on "646' but i am not sure where that is. I am going down this summer and would like to check it out. Any Help would be appreciated. Thanks Pam - ------------------------------- Yahoo! None in his list have the name "Willoughby-Martin" which is understandable because most small graveyards like this do not have signs with their locally known names and Culbertson (like Hazel Boyd before him) just gives the graveyard a name based on the oldest or most burials. So if you can be more specific (unless someone can do better than I ), it is likely that I or someone can give you good directions.
