I have an ancestor, Robert Garrett, that is on 1840 Montgomery Co., Ky. census, I have a copy of a DAR application on him and it states his pension is S31054 {D.A.R. pension 61}. Someone looked for me at the Washington Archives and said it wasn't there. Anybody have suggestions?
