Hello, Mary - You had two names in your response to Charlotte - John Sellyers Myers and Nancy Ann Petit. The names Sallyers and Petit have both married into my McCullough line and I've been wanting to track down information on Lucy Petit - my G G GM. She was born in 1832 in KY and her husband - George McCullough - was born in Montgomery County KY in 1802. He moved from KY to Clay County IN in 1832. The George and Lucy married in Clay County IN in 1869. Lucy Petit had been married previously to an Albert Long and had children by him. She became a widow, I believe - and George McCullough became a widower and they married in Indiana, each on their second marriage with children from the previous marriages. I've suspected that George McCullough knew the Petit family from Kentucky. George's father was John McCullough Sr. and Constant Kesiah Jones.
