I use the library here in Lexington and have no trouble using Heritage Quest from my home. I was not aware there were places that charged for that service. Mary

Heritage Quest does charge for the service. As a patron of the Lexington Public Library, you don't see those charges. That is part of what you pay for as a resident and taxpayer of Fayette County.
