    3. Hi, Sharon, There are a ton of Willoughbys in Range 30 of the county map. Try this link directly for that scan: http://client.webshots.com/photo/264617304/275895664ekthCi I don't see any Willoughbys listed on the town of Camargo scan, but it was also a district so they might be anywhere on the east side of the county map. I'll keep looking for you. Let me know, please, if the link works or doesn't work. 3. Friends, Cousins, & Countryfolk, Apparently, a lot of you are interested in the Montgomery county map, as I had 258 total views of the small pieces I'd put online in the first 2 or 3 days. So I'm busy scanning the county portion of the map. I've divided it into approximate 4 inch chunks. I'm starting from the northern part of the county & then scanning east to west, working my way down. Hopefully, I'm scanning enough of the adjacent parts of the map that you'll be able to follow it. Thanks to Gail, here's the link: http://community.webshots.com/album/264617304RUAXFQ Once I'm done with this part of the map, I'll get on to the Mount Sterling city map. Pat H.

Yes, the map would probably be in the public domain based strictly on the 1879 date of publication. However, it could have been made subject to copyright later especially for this later publication and possibly still subject to copyright. 2. I didn't find any Moxley. There were several Youngs, of course. There is a J. A. Young listed under Montgomery County businesses as a farmer and breeder of Short Horns in Mt. Sterling postal area. He was just up the road from the Maysville Pike Toll House. Right to the west of him, about 2-3 miles NW of Mt. Sterling, close to Somerset Creek, was a T. Young. There is a J. E. Young several miles NE of Camargo, between Slate Creek and Pretty Run Creek. There is a Mrs. Young in Levee. There is a W. Young in the south on the Montgomery-Powell County line. There is either a F. P. or P. P. Young in Mt. Sterling between Main and High Streets. There is a Mrs. Young on High Street. Hope this helped. Montgomery county evolved over the years with parts being gained and lost to form new counties. You may want to look in the counties bordering Montgomery county. If I can find my "cheat sheet" showing me when counties were formed and from what counties their areas were taken from, I will post it. Orme, his wife-Mary Brierly, and their children John Hargis Orme and Bertha Orme-Haverly. My Grandmother (John Hargis' daughter) Floriene Orme-Rudd was born in Mt. Sterling in 1902. I have been unable to find her birth certificate, or any marriage document's for the family. Thanks for looking!
