    1. More about Arnold, and Elizabeth Hall
    2. Marcus T. was Elizabeths brother, I don't know that much on Arnold, they were not the same line( not cousins ) That He was in the Civil War, and that the name of his father and Mother were, J. A. HALL Born VA, Mother Caroline DAVIS B. TN, their only daughter was Caroline Virginia, who married David Benjamin FORD. Arnbold was born March 28th 1843 and died March 6, 1921, that during the war on Sept. 9, 1862 one of his own men struck him over the eye with a fire brand , inflicting a serve, with effected his eye, and he had a hard time seeing small print, or small objects. My Aunt remembers him studing his Bible ( He was a preacher) and Elizabeth loving to play with her and her sisters and Brothers, and that Arnold would always have to sush her, so he could get his sermon prepared. Now I don't know how she could remember this, but we just saw her the end of July, and as I was telling her some things I'd found on her side of the family, that is what she told me. I guess since I never had a grandfather I wouldn't have anything to remember, My great Grandfather lived longer than my own grandfathers., but only 2 years of age at his death, so don't remember him, just saw pictures of him. Elizabeth's middle name was Howard, per the Civil War pension papers. -- Teddy List Mom for the Grayson Co Ky List, Vertrees, Ford, Fulkerson, and Commonwealth http://www.kygenweb.net/pd-res/deford.html -------------- Original message -------------- > Well, Harmon Hall's wife was named Elizabeth.
