I ordered mine from Gorin Genealogical Publishing, 205 Clements Ave., Glasgow, KY. 42141-3400. It's the story of Rev. John Mulkey & bro. Philip Mulkey from the days they came to KY. and the establishment of the church and the subsequent "split" to the Christian Church. It has a large number of the parishioners names and a list of the Mulkey family names as well as others.
