Born December 5, 1944 in Mercer County, he was the son of Bryon B. Riley and Hazel Taylor Riley Vinning. He was a retired special agent for the FBI. Survivors include: his wife, Onderia L. Ripley Riley, Nicholasville; one daughter, Lea Lynette (David) Klovski, Ann Arbor, MI; one son, Vincent Bryon (Devauna) Riley, Harrodsburg; Three sisters, Helen Brown, Lawrenceburg, Jolene Bailey, Lawrenceburg, Kathy Harrison, Lexington; two grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 30, at Betts and West Funeral Home, 404 N. Main Street, Nicholasville, with Rev. Phil Schultz officiating. Burial will be in Bluegrass Memorial Gardens in Jessamine County. Pallbearers will be Bill Bowling, Bill Welsh, Ben Cartinour, Bernie Thompson, Tommy Gayhart and Jim McGuire. Contributions are suggested to the American Heart Association. Visitation from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 29, at the funeral home. (HH Thu Aug 30, 2001)
