Born October 2, 1935 in Stanford, she was the daughter of the late J. Leon and Isabella McCormack Davis and was the widow of George Wallace Key. She was a retired Registered Nurse for Haggin Memorial and Kentucky State Hospitals. She was a member of the Harrodsburg United Presbyterian Church, Kentucky Nursing Association, and the Pioneer Saddle Club. Survivors include: one son, George Key Jr., Moreland; one daughter, Linda F. Harmon, Mercer County; one step daughter, Suela Wright, Lexington; two brothers, Philip Davis, Trenton, OH, Harold Davis, Harrodsburg; one sister, Frances Teater, Middletown, OH; eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter Wanda Lee Key. Funeral services were held Sunday, September 9, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, with Rev. John Contini officiating. Burial was in Spring Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers were Joe Gill, Joe Keller, Ricky Burns, Bill Davis, Sonny Driskell, Nathan Arvin, Philip Davis Jr., and Tony Gray.
