Haggin Memorial Hospital. Born January 28, 1910, she was the daughter of the late Edmond Francis and Ida Woods Harris. She was the widow of Kelly Perkins. She was a retired quilter for Shakertown at Pleasant Hill, where she worked for 15 years, a member of Burgin Christian Church and the Order of the Eastern Star. Survivors include: one daughter, Dolores Teater, Burgin; one sister, Mary Long, Harrodsburg; one brother, Johnny Harris, Lexington; two granddaughters, four great grandchildren and one great great grandson. Funeral services were held Saturday, October 20, at the Alexander and Royalty Funeral Home with Rev. Linda Gearhart officiating. Burial was in Spring Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers were grandsons-in-law.
