Born April 7, 1903 in Franklin County, she was the daughter of the late Sam and Gertie Barns Wise. She was a housewife. Survivors include: one son, Ray Lathrem, Harrodsburg; one daughter, Joyce Ann Lathrem, Monterey. Seven grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 14 great great grandchildren and two great great great grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the McDonald Funeral Home, Seminary Street, in Owenton, August 27, with Rev. Wayne Kelly officiating. Burial was in the Monterey Cemetery. (HH Thu Aug 30-2001)
