Born May 11, 1929 in Louisville, she was the daughter of the late Wilburn F. and Bertha Medley Peach. She was a retired Cricketeer employee and co-owned and operated the Riverside Nursery for several years. She was a member of Hedgeville Baptist Church and was a Kentucky Colonel. Survivors include: her husband, William M. Sanders, Harrodsburg; one daughter, Theresa (Paul) Hatfield, Harrodsburg; one sister, Rose Dixon, Harrodsburg; One grandson, Tony (Amy) Hatfield, Highland Heights, one granddaughter, Tara Hatfield, Richmond, two great grandchildren, Grace and Jayland Hatfield, both of Richmond. Funeral services were held Tuesday, September 25, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel with John Cato and Larry Moore officiating. Burial was in Spring Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers were Jeff Etherington, Howard Sallee, Dave Petitt, James Calahan, Billy Nevius, Edward Allison and Edward Edwards.
