Elizabeth Hale was the widow of Job Hale who died in 1811. Elizabeth had three sons with William. They were: Andrew, William and Lewis. This William Long died about 1824. Elizabeth and her sons by William Long moved to Morgan County Missouri sometime between 1830 and 1840. She died between May 1850 when she wrote her will and June 1852 when the will was entered for probate. I have no information concerning the ancestry this William Long who died in Mercer County but would love to make a connection.
