Latimer and Nancy Ann Prewitt Alonzo Harrison Latimer and Maria Richards Bessie Gladys Latimer and Fred Monroe (Humeston, IA) Fred Junior Monroe (b. Humeston, IA) and Laura Belle Meriwether (b. Orange, TX) [Dad came to Houston after WWII to work for Shell Oil Co. on advise of an old Air Corp buddy. He met my mother at Phil's Cafe there]. Monte Latimer Monroe (b. Houston) and Laura Jane Pitcher (we have children Alexander Meriwether and Sarah Pitcher Monroe). I am currently working on a theory that Samuel and Lydia might have immigrated from Maryland as there are Latimers there and a Lydia connected with the Brisco family.
