Hello, I have a question. I have been sending away for my family's marriage certificates as I find them. When I reached my 2nd Gr. Grandparents found married in Mercer Co. KY. it said that they had a marriage BOND. Is this the same as a marriage certificate or is it different? What is it? And does anyone know how and where to send for these?
