He married Martha James 1847, children were Julius b. 1849, John T. b. 1851, he then married Mary Ann Lake b. 1856, and had my great grandmother Susan Wallace Shelton. His third wife was Catherine (Kitty) Brown, their children were, Mary F.b. 1859, Elizabeth (Lizzie) b. 1861 who married Wm. Stringgate, and Amanda J.b. 1866. If anyone knows of these siblings to my grandmother please contact me. The Shelton name wasn't used till 1870s.
