I sent a check for $17.00 to the Treasurer General of the National Society of Daughters of the American Revolution to get a supplemental application that was done in 1992 for an ancestor of mine. Wilma might try this if she can't find the lawsuit papers. The application I received had a lot of info on 9 generations. It is 4 pages long and gives the service of the patriot also. If Wilma is direct descendent of a patriot, and someone else from that lineage is a member of DAR, she can obtain that supplemental application. All she has to do is fill out the form with the patriot's name and a little bit of info. Wilma can go to her local chapter registrar to get help with this matter, for example, a form to fill out for acquiring the apllication. Just a thought. Shari
