Clay Hill is still standing. It came for sale a couple of years and was sold. It appears to be occupied currently. It is surrounded by a large parcel of land and sit adjacent to a cemetery, overlooking it. A parcel that large could become subject to subdivision. It was in pretty rough shape when I saw it for sale. There's been additions over the years and it has a swimming pool. Its main portion of the house remains a fine example of early federal architecture.
