Dear List: I did have one person tell me that the correct listing for the deed book would be: QS4 as in Quarter Session 4.thanks for this information. It was suggested that I call the Harrodsburg Historical Society which I did. They could not help me & referred me to the Mercer Co, KY Court House. The Clerk there had never heard of such a book. I told her she should look in the Grantee Index Book & she would see what I was asking about. I desparately need the following deeds: Grantee Grantor Book Page Date Noel, Lott Lock, Joseph QS4 183 1796 Noel, Lott Lock, Joseph QS4 448 1796 Noel, Muscoe Watson, Robt QS4 403 1799 Noel, Bernard Trigg, Wm QS4 106 1795 Noel, Bernard Trigg, Wm QS4 113 1795 Would appreciate any help or suggestions where I can find them. I have already checked DB 1,2,3,4,5,7,8,11,12.
