Born January 31, 1923 in Harrodsburg, she was the daughter of the late Archie T. and Bertha Noland Woods. She was a retired accountant for KPMG Peat Marwick and was a member of Highland Presbyterian Church in Louisville. Survivors include one sister, Nancy Woods Hatfield, Lexington. He was preceded in death by a son, Christopher Elbert Mills, and one brother, Daniel Mills. Funeral services were held Saturday, June 30, at the Alexander and Royalty Funeral Home with Bro. Paul Readnour officiating. Burial was in the Mills Family Cemetery. Pallbearers were Calvin Chrisman, Drew Mills, Charles Mills, Denver Mills, Bobby Mills, Sammy Douglas, Eddie Cartwright and Clifton Prewitt.
