Young (my great-grandfather) and his mother Amanda Wheeler Young (Ransdell) was my great-great-grand mother by blood lines. I just recently found out that my Great-grandfather, Thomas Franklin Young(married to Amanda) had a first wife before Amanda-- Jane Springer and two childen by her, David and William. I do not know what happened to them, I do suspect the Jane Springer died fairly young, for devorce during those times was almost unhead of. I would really like to know what happened to people.
