I had a 2nd cousin die in Paducah nursing home just about 1 to 2 month ago but never did see the obituary or the announcement in the paper about the estate. (I'm trying to find out who the attorney is. I'm stuck in Tulsa, OK, and have no idea where or how to start.) Can anyone help me? My cousin's name was Frances Haynes (her maiden name was ROCK), so the obit may have read Frances R. Haynes. Francine Conn Halter
