I am wondering if anyone is researching Major George F Barnes. He was born around 1835-40 in KY, he married Anna Maria Robinson on 30 Dec 1865 in McCracken Co. He was a Major in the Civil war with the 16th Cav. Unit. He died about 1898-1900, by committing suicide. I need to find his death date and perhaps information on his family, as he may have been the bio father of my husbands grandmother. Thanks Laurie
