My friends - Several subscribers have asked recently about information for burials in the Newton Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in McCracken County. I have located this cemetery in my "miscellaneous files" on the several hundred old 5 inch floppies that I mention here from time to time. I have converted it, and it is now ready for distribution. This is a large cemetery, with about 500-600 known burials, and it remains an active cemetery. The earliest birth year that I found was 1808, although there may be individuals buried there who were born earlier, as there are some illegible markers and some markers with no names.
