His name and Paducah Ky are on the face of the watch. Time period would probably be in the late 1800's, 1870's to 1900. My husbands great grandfather was the owner of the watch and he lived in Saline Co Il, he may have purchased it in Paducah Ky or in Ill. Can find nothing about this watch maker. Any help appreciated.
