His Grand mother is Fannie Mae Pegram and her Father was Norman L Pegram of McCracken Co KY. We are looking for information on Fanny Mae... in some records we have found that she was in an orphanage close to where they lived. Fanny and two sisters-Verdis and Margaret. Some Questions we have are. Was she born to the Pegrams or adopted into the family by Norman and Amanda (Greenville)? My Father in law has always said that Fanny was 1/2 Native American.
