I have a feeling that the Robert Scott in Jassamine County may be mine. NO facts so looking for them. The Scott list I have not seen for some time so if you have it you may add this letter to that list in case anyone has these in their family. Twice there is implications that Robert Scott has a father John Scott. That would make sense then for John Cornelius Scott to have a John Scott. Also there is reference to a Catholic Priest twice along with Robert Scott's name but other ministers also. Robert pages 36, 66, 96, 120, 151, 188, 263, 267 277 Robt 296. Since Robert had son around 1817-1818 depending on tombstone and family data :>) , the Robert whom died prior to 1817 can not be father.
