At least two and maybe four Jesse Coopers getting married in Mason County during the same period. I suppose there could be deaths and remarriages in there. In fact, if Basil Cooper was born in Feb '06, while his father got married in April '06, it is possible Jesse had a first wife who died in childbirth, and he remarried immediately to give his newborn a mother.
