Another thought is to check out the Random Acts of Genealogical Kindness. People often volunteer to help others with a specific geographic area. http://www.raogk.org/ I think those volunteers deserve lots of kudos from the rest of us. I don't see anyone volunteering for Bracken county, but I do see one person volunteering for: Book: Kentucky Marriages 1797-1865 by G.
