Dear Karen: I received a reply from Susi who is interested in information on Thomas Evan...are you two in touch? I don't have any Evans in my Stewart line. But I am still trying to confirm Joseph Stewart in the Tenmile Country before the Stewarts emigrated to Limestone. I think they were in Morgan Township, Washington Co. PA and were there as early as 1784. I suspect that they emigrated to the Tenmile from Passaic River Valley along with a number of other families (exactly when, I don't know). These Stewarts originally arrived in America in 1730 -1735. Stewart Brown
