Courthouse any criminal proceedings for Walter C. Thoroughman. According to Circuit Court Orders - the Grand Jury returned an indictment against Walter in the December, 1950 term. I'm guessing he appealed because he didn't actually arrive at the La Grange State Penitentiary until May 8, 1951. It appears that at least part of his crime was committed in Mason County.
