St. Patrick's is the main Catholic church in Maysville. My husband's Irish family attended church there sometimes. If I recall correctly the congregation was about 1/2 German and 1/2 Irish. There was often some talk of the congregation splitting in two, to suit the different ethnic groups. The records have been filmed and are, fortunately, available through the Family History Libraries.
