I wish I had known about Chester earlier, I spent more than a $1.00 getting the certificate from Ky vitals. I was trying to find anyone that might be related to her. I know her parents were John Rigsby and Nancy Jane Johnson. I have found some of the census of her when she was married to Louis. Trying to find the ones when she was growing up and living with her parents. I'll check the website out that you mentioned. Thanks again, Tina
