Your Elizabeth is apparently a sister to Frances ( Fanny) Pepper Allen from whom I descend. According to information I have she was born abt 1752, m. John Elliot abt. 1775 and d. abt 1822. She is the daughter of Samuel Pepper and Elizabeth Holton.
