Nearly all the Hickeys in Mason County were buried in St. Patrick's Cemetery and were devout parishioners of St. Patrick's Church, so these might be the best places to look for information on the family. They immigrated here from Ireland following the Potato Blight, to the best of my knowledge. St. Patrick's Church office phone number is 606-564-9015, the address is 110 East Third Street, Maysville, KY. A better place to look may be the Museum Center in Maysville, 606-564-5865.
