His parents were Thomas and Ann McMahan. I think they lived in Nicholas County, at least by 1880. I have Tom and Ann's siblings as: Bruce, Sallie, Fannie, Garrett, and Mary. I sure would like to make a connection with members to this family, because Ann was my gg grandmother. I have alittle bit more info on this family, and will be glad to share. Thanks Kath

These are two different surnames, McMahon is pronounced "Muc man" whereas McMahan is "Mac' mu han'".
