The children whose baptisms are recorded at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (now St. Thomas Aquinas) in Zanesville are: Bridget (1831), James Robert (1833), Mary Ann (1836), John Joseph (1840), and Daniel Albert (1842). The deed was issued to Henry Bartlett, Jr., Thomas Bartlett and James Wood & noted that Henry Bartlett died without issue, leaving his father, Harry Bartlett his heir, who died intestate leaving the following persons, his children and heirs.................(Polly & Thomas HICKMAN). In Logan Co., KY: John HICKMAN was witness to the will of Elisha Herndon, 9/17/1824 John HICKMAN and JOHN W. HICKMAN were witnesses to the will of William Henry Aingel, 3/05/1823 There is a D. B. HICKMAN listed as bondsman to the marriage of George Cowgill and Nancy Reed, 3/18/1819 (Mason Co., KY Court Records) That's all the HICKMANs listed in Kentucky Pioneers. Sandy

Lamb No. 2, Commisioner in the County of Mason.

I had two gr-uncles who died in the Civil War at Paintsville,KY, Milton Flint and Luke Flint. I can't find them in any national cemetery. Would you have any suggestions of where they might have been buried? I'm not sure what county Paintsville is in.
