    1. [KYMARSHA-L] Miscellaneous Text Files - Cemeteries - Trevathan; Benny Starks & Starks/Spencer

    3. My friends - I am dropping by today to let you know that I have been working with some of the old floppy disks that I have accumulated over the years, which have a lot of "loose" JP data stored on them. I have found three text files which may of interest to some of you. These are all cemeteries in Calloway and Marshall counties. One file has the two Trevathan cemeteries in Calloway County. The surnames contained in this file include: Butler, Cleaver, Linn, Ellison, McQuaid, Trevathan, Thomas, Jackson, Paschall, Belcher, Boggess, Dailey, Diuguid, Duncan, Gilbert, Hindman, Holland, Penny, Rose, Stewart, Stone, Thomas and Wilkinson. The other two cemeteries(contained on one file) are in Marshall County and are the Benny Starks Cemetery and the Starks/Spencer Cemetery. Surnames in those cemeteries include: Cope, Darnell(one burial), Edwards, Elkins, Graves, Groves, Hurt, Mardis, McReynolds, Pace, Siress, Skaggs, Stark/Starks, Steen, Tynes, Washman, West, Bolen, Dowdy, Gardner, Henson, Hill, Phelps, Shilthrout, Thompson, Trimble and Wells. If you would like a copy of either, or both, files, let me know and I will get it to you. I will send it as an e-mail attachment, unless you specify that you need it in straight e-mail format. *Please note* that you will receive the complete file - time constraints won't allow me to go into these files and extract individual surnames and the data associated with them. When you receive the file, you can edit out any portions that are not applicable to your work. However, I always suggest retaining all burials in a cemetery - future research may prove that some of those names which seem unrelated now may turn out to be related later. I'll be back later today with another JP land grants text file. -B ===========================================================
