Hi, I am Tammy and I am researching Washburn, Tiller, Fowler, Stalls, Johnson,& Barrow. My brick wall is finding anything on my Great-grandmother Jane Tiller. She was born Mary Jane Washburn in 1879 to Glover & Elizabeth (Thornton) Washburn. She went by the name Jane, she married James Fowler in 1901 they had the following children, Mertie (died young in a fire) Pearl G Who married Pearl B Stalls, and Robert G. When Mr. Fowler died in 1909, Jane then married to Henry Tiller April 1910, Henry & Jane had my grandfather Curtis Tiller. Now by the time of the 1920 census Jane has divorced Henry and gone back to using the name Fowler. My grandfather said she died when he was about 10 yrs. old so that would have been after the census taken in January 1920. (Marshall County). My problem is I can find no marriage record for Jane & Henry, nor can I find a death record for Jane or a place of burial. I have looked under Mary Jane Fowler & Tiller & Washburn, no luck.
