    3. I doing research on the Mackins of Washington and Marion (then eventually Jefferson) counties and found the following obituary today in the Louisville Courier-Journal: MACKIN -- At 6:25 p.m. May 25, 1917, William Joseph Mackin, beloved husband of Margaret O'Hare Mackin, aged 45 years. Funeral will take place from the residence of his uncle Mr. Pat Glynn, 626 Floral terrace (Louisville) at 8:45 o'clock, and at St. Louis Bertrand church at 9 o'clock. Interment in St. Louis Cemetery." I believe William Joseph (b. ca 1871) is the same as William Joseph Mackin (b. 4 Sep 1870 and baptized at St. Augustine's in Lebanon), son of Thomas Mackin and Anna Walsh/Welsh. Does anyone know who Margaret O'Hare or Pat Glynn are? They may be Jefferson County folks, but I thought I'd start here. Thanks in advance!
