Does anyone have knowledge of the cholera epidemics in Marion County? I was browsing Marion County biographical sketches in the Univ. of KY archives, and several mention persons dying of cholera in 1833. Also read somewher(and didn't write down my reference!) there was another epidemic that killed over 700 people in 1849. This might be cause of death for many of our ancestors. Any one have any more info on this? Beth Abel Jones
