    3. Greetings Vickie and other List Members, I have just begun the genealogical journey. I am a recent subscriber to the list and your posting of the census data is extremely gratifying. I was born in Marion County, 2/5/1945. My parents were H.R. "Dead Ready" Newcome (d.) and Martha Bland Newcome (d). I have interest in the family names of Newcome, Newcomb, Newcombe, Burress (and other spellings), and Sapp. These are names from my fathers side. >From the Bland side, I have interest in the family names Bland, Logsdon, and Horan. My nearest remaining relatives in Marion Co. are Suzie (Susan Florence Newcome)"O'Daniel and Mary Kennedy Newcome. I have a daughter Megan Beth Newcome (10-31-74) who lives in Gainesville FL. and another daughter by adoption Brittany (2-24-87) My sisters Mary Martha (Guy) and Harriotte Ann Herbie live in Brevard County FL. I live in Pinellas Co. FL. I feel like I have begun to validate my existence with the above information. I would enthusiastically receive any comments, directions, or pertinent input that would get me going in the right direction for these works. Thanks, John Newcome LHS 1964, UL 1973 ----- Original Message ----- From: VICKIE <D_CONNOR@email.msn.com> To: <KYMARION-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Wednesday, July 07, 1999 1:13 PM Subject: [KYMARION-L] Census 1850 > Hi fellow listers, > I have only just gotten to the end of District one in Marion County.
