This message was sent to me from Dianna Bertram regarding her books. >> >>I have five books and have run out of them all, however, since this discussion started, I have tried to find a printer who will re-print these at a reasonable cost. I have found a printer who will print 25 books for a better price. This offer is contingent on my having these printed by December 1, 1998. The books that I have are: 1880 Marion County Census $38.00 Marion County Marriage Book 1 $30.00 Marion County Marriage Book 2 $30.00 St. Rose and Allied Cemeteries $28.00 Holy Cross Church Records $28.00 I will take orders by E-Mail and when 25 orders have been received, I will take the orders to the printer and they will be printed and mailed out on or before December 5. I do not mean that there must be 25 orders per book. The printer will print all five books (as many as are needed) as long as there are a total of 25 books. If you are interested, please let me know by E-Mail. DBertDance@aol.com Marriage Book 1 contains early to 1870's marriage records (bonds and minister's returns) as well as the early Catholic Church records that I could get my hands on, due to the burning of the courthouse. Marriage Book 2 contains up into the 1880's. I did cross reference the license/bonds, along with the ministers's returns for accuracy and both are noted in the book. Sometimes, when they took out their license they planned to be married at one place and ended up being married somewhere else. This is so noted. If you want to order, you may send your order, along with your check (which will not be cashed until the required 25 orders arrive). If 25 orders are not received, then your check will be returned.
