Am looking for a marriage date and place for GEORGE RUSSELL BALLARD to MARY REGINA MATTINGLY, which took place about 1900 in either Nelson or Marion Co. I believe. Would also like to know if anyone has death dates for any of their parents. BLAND BALLARD married to FANNIE THOMAS, parents of George Russell.
