To see the roster, go to the Washington County Home page: http://bsd.pastracks.com/states/kentucky/washington/ Then, under the "Washington County Databses" click on "Civil War Rosters Union". When you get there bookmark the page. You can see all the Mattinglys by entering just that surname and searching.
