I think it would be great to start a discussion on Thomas and Letty Durham, maybe something new will be uncovered. I haven' t done any new research for sometime although I did read some exserts from Elisabeth Salyers book recently. in it there are many claims that are suposed fakes encluding Cherokee and Revolutionary War. I personally know cousins who are memebr of the DAR through James Howard. Also the research done on Letty sometime ago did find that most likely Letty was full blood because of where she lived and also the years she lived, of course there are no rolls as she predates them all.
