JUST POSTING THE OBITUARY ON FRANCE A. HARPER FROM DAYTON (OH) DAILY NEWS. Frances A. Harper, age 82, of West Carrollton OH, passed away unexpectedly on February 6, 2006 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton OH. She was born March 20, 193 in Hendricks KY, the daughter of the late Dona and Lucy (Dyer) Arnett. Mrs Harper was a resident of West Carrollton for 55 years. Preceded in death by her husband of 56 years Beecher Harper in 1997 and 1 brother, Dona C. Arnett of Hendricks KY. She is survived by her daughter, Doris Williams and husband Allen, granddaughter Diane Wood all of Dayton OH, sister, Theda Watkins of Salyersville KY, and numerous other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends on February 9, 2006 5-8pm at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton. A funeral service will be conducted February 11, 2006 at 10am at the Salyersville (KY) Funeral Home. rev Edmund Dooley officiating. Burial will follow at the Dyer Family Cemetery, Hendricks KY. The family will receive friends on February 10, 2006 1-8pm at the funeral home.
