Laurie, Do you have any info on this James Howard? I have Howards in the Morgan, Magoffin and Elliott Co KY areas and wondering if he might be related. My James "Big Jim" Howard was the s/o George and Sarah Howard. He married Cynthia (Howard?). They had children: Berthena, Paulina, Stephen, William, Harrison/Hiram, Malissa, Mary, Priscilla, James Clay and Martha Howard. Some of these children married children of Henry Howard and Elizabeth Cottle. I have searched for a long time for info on Big Jim Howard b abt 1821 but can't locate him or Cynthia after 1870 Magoffin Co. Appreciate any help on this family. Thanks, Jan
