Constance. I am in SC. Magoffin County is in Eastern KY. Go down US 23 from Portsmouth OH or east on the Mountain Parkway from Lexington KY. Salyersville is the county seat. The parkway ends at Salyersville. The historical society is downtown in an old post office. The have several restored log cabins on the property.
