Licing Stations is what is the Ben Gardner Farm today. It is at the top of Ivy Point at the North end of Salyersville. It is the first settlement in this area. Ben still has the original house in his yard. It is a wonderful old two story house. I haven't got to go in it yet, but would like to . I heard that the old ledgers from the store that was there is in the house. Stacey Blanton, Salyersville.
